Registrations open on Monday 16th March 2015.

FBC with Kara Hull – Monday, Wednesday, Friday 0600-0700hrs

FBC with Perak Smith (Women Only) – Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1730-1830hrs

FBC with Comrie Keenan – Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 0600-0700hrs

You choose the Trainer you’d like to work with over the 10 week period.
3 sessions per week over 10 weeks. Only 14 spots available per trainer. First in first served.

Sunday 29th March 2015 @ Churchill Park.
3Km Run, 8Km Bike, 200M Swim.
